Q:When will my order be shipped?

A:Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase.

Sometimes it may be extended to 3-5 working days if the item is hot.

We are speeding up and getting items ready for customers as quickly as possible.

Q:How long does it take for the item to ship?

A:Shipping times will vary as we ship globally from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is 7-15 business days.

Q:What is your return policy?

A:We guarantee returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Require:

1. Items received within 30 days from date of shipment.

2. Items received are unused, undamaged, unwashed and in their original packaging.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable

4. We do not accept returns sent directly without our shipping address

(If you choose one of the expedited delivery options above, you may incur import taxes and delivery may be delayed due to the customs clearance process.)

Q:Can I cancel my order?

A:You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order before it can be shipped. If the item has already been shipped, please use our easy returns system for a full refund.

Q:I entered the wrong address, what should I do now?

A:If you misspelled or auto-filled the wrong address, just reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you have double-checked that the address provided is correct, please notify us by email at online@pentiumgallop.com. If an incorrect address is provided, we can change the address to the correct address within 24 hours.
